Corona hygiene measures and guide of the hotel for your stay

Dear guests!

To make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, we have compiled the following guide and information for you. We will try to make your stay as safe as possible, with as few restrictions, as necessary.

In addition to the 2 G rule, you will need a 72-hour PCR test or proof of a booster vaccination to enter Austria.

In Austria the 2-G rule applies.

Guests must present a valid vaccination certificate or confirmation of having passed COVID-19 upon arrival. Children up to 12 years are exempt from the 2-G rule.

The EU-compliant vaccination certificate, the yellow vaccination card, a vaccination card as well as a printout or a PDF (e.g. on a mobile phone) of the data from the e-vaccination card are valid as proof of vaccination.

Immunisation by two partial vaccinations: After receiving the second vaccination, the validity period of the vaccination certificate is 270 days and at least 14 days must have elapsed between the two vaccinations.

A convalescent certificate is valid for 180 days. A medical certificate is valid for 180 days after an expired infection with SARS-CoV-2. This must have been proven by molecular biology (e.g. PCR test). An official certificate of segregation is also valid for 180 days.

Regulation for children

  • The obligation to present a valid certificate does not apply to children up to the age of 12.
  • The Ninja Pass is treated as equivalent to the 2 G certificate and is therefore also valid as proof of admission to restaurants, cinemas or cable cars.
  • For children from 12 to 15 years, there is the Holiday-Ninja Pass as an exemption to the 2-G proof for not or not fully vaccinated young people. You can get the Holiday-Nina Pass at the hotel.

How does the Holiday Ninja Pass work

      • The prerequisite for the passport is serial testing. This means that at least 3 tests must be carried out within 5 days, at least 2 of which must be PCR tests. The PCR test kits are available in the village and can be done as a gargle test in the hotel room. If a consistently valid test certificate with PCR and/or antigen test is available within these 5 days and is also carried along, this means equality with the 2G status, even for days 6 and 7 without further test certificates. This allows the stay in Austrian accommodation facilities, restaurants, leisure facilities and the use of cable cars.
  • All employees are extensively trained. Please follow the instructions of the staff. They just want your best.
  • Although close contact is usually very important to us, we ask you to refrain from shaking hands and hugging.
  • The receptionists protect you and themselves with an acrylic glass-protection.
  • A hand-sanitizer is available at the reception
  • Please keep a distance from other people, except for people from the common household or fellow passengers and clean your hands several times a day with water and soap for at least 30 seconds.
  • FFP2 masks are compulsory in all public rooms and in public transport.
  • Our recommendation: Always have a mask with you so that you can put it on if necessary in case of bottlenecks, waiting times or a situation in which your desired safety distance cannot be maintained at neuralgic points.
  • Masks and hand-sanitizer in small bottles for to go or your room, can be purchased at the reception.
  • We have been thinking about strategic points throughout the hotel to install disinfectant dispenser.
  • Surfaces (such as door handles, light switches, lift stock buttons etc.) are cleaned with special cleaning agents.
  • If it happens that a guest recognizes symptoms, he should go directly to his room and inform the reception. They will initiate the necessary steps to clarify a possible infection. They will also overhand an information brochure about next process.

Hygiene and cleanliness have always been our top priority, but we have intensified them once again:

  • Bed linen and towels are cleaned according to the highest hygiene standards.
  • All rooms are regularly well-ventilated during room cleaning
  • After each guest change, the rooms are cleaned with special attention. Much-touched items such as remote controls, door handles, kettle and light switches are disinfected with the utmost care.
  • Before entering your room as well as after cleaning a room, our cleaning staff will disinfect their hands.
  • Of course, you can also unsubscribe from daily room cleaning via the reception on request.
  • The restaurant and the bar can look forward to a strong ventilation system, which ensures a permanent fresh air supply. In addition, the Restaurant will be additionally ventilated through the windows before and after each meal.
  • At our buffets, there will be hand-sanitizers available.
  • The individual courses to the dinner menu will be served to you in the usual way by our staff.
  • Our service staff do not use physical contact.

Especially during this period, you need relaxation and should do something good for your body. That is why we have done our best in these sensitive areas to make your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible.

We have placed disinfection dispensers at all entrances of the wellness facilities.

  • We have placed our loungers in such a way that distance can be maintained.
  • Our good cleaning-staff have increased the frequency of cleanings in these areas.
