The food is naturally one of the highlights of your vacation. Every morning we serve a sumptuous breakfast buffet. The evening begins with a buffet, followed by the soup of the day and a free choice of three main courses. Thereafter comes a cheese buffet and finally a dessert. On two evenings a week a dessert buffet is served.

The Ritz Bar, which is possibly the most beautiful hotel bar in the Alps, is the natural place to meet before dinner, with soft piano music and entertainment from 18.00. The atmosphere here really is something special, with our professional yet friendly service.
The Pilsstube is a cosy bar at the Hotel Salzburger Hof where you can enjoy a chilled Pils while listening to an after-ski troubadour. The bar is connected to the hotel’s children’s room and is therefore perfect for those with young children. A delicious after-ski buffet is laid out in the Pilsstube every afternoon during winter (a so-called Jausen); naturally this is included for our hotel guests.
The genial Hofkeller, the bar down in the cellar vaults of the Hotel Salzburger Hof, is almost always crowded. Perhaps this is because the tastiest fondue, raclette and steinplatte in the valley are served here.
The Bellini Bar & Restaurant is an Italian American bar and restaurant in the Hotel Post. Don’t miss trying a genuine “Bellini” (champagne and peach juice) or an ice-cold Pils, served in special tall glasses. The Bellini Bar & Restaurant is built on two levels and has a pleasant lounge atmosphere.
The Gatz Music Club has been Bad Gastein’s leading discotheque and nightclub since 1983, and always has top DJs.
The Silver Bullet Bar, with its 14-metre high ceiling is perhaps the coolest bar in the Alps. Arranged on two levels it offers live music, tasty menus and foaming beer with an American Canadian western theme. The fun and games at the Silver Bullet Bar begin at 15.30 with Bad Gastein’s most happening live after ski entertainment provided by cover bands at 17.00 and 23.00 all through the winter season.
The Casino Bad Gastein, located in the Grand Hôtel de l’Europe, has a real ‘James Bond’ atmosphere in a magnificent Jugend environment. With luck you might be able to double your holiday money here, or simply combine business with pleasure.
