The Hotel Salzburger Hof was erected in the early 20th century in an exquisite Jugend style. Since then the hotel has played host to many of Europe’s cultural celebrities and to this day offers relaxation to demanding guests from all over the world. Over the past decade the hotel has been transformed into a first class establishment while still retaining its unique atmosphere.
Few places can boast a more exciting and significant history than the remarkable alpine resort of Bad Gastein. The name “Gastein” originates from the Celts who immigrated from the west, starting around 400 B.C.

The rooms of the Hotel Salzburger Hof are both practical and beautifully furnished. All are recently renovated with lovely textiles, wool rugs and DUX beds for maximum comfort. All rooms have flatscreen TV (family room with TV and DVD), hair drier, radio, telephone, mini bar, safe, wireless Internet and desk.
We offer a number of room alternatives suited to your needs: double rooms, deluxe rooms, family rooms, rooms with connecting door, suites of various sizes, so-called grand-lit rooms, and single rooms.
There is a relaxing spa area at the hotel with a pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and high mineral content thermal baths. Massage and various spa treatments are also offered here.
The stylish new pool complex comprises a swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, steam bath, shower area including a male and female sauna.

The Salzburger Hof is also designed to accommodate conferences, and has a modern well-lit auditorium which seats up to 150 people. In addition to the auditorium there are six conference rooms seating 10-100 people.
During a conference, professional English-speaking conference hosts are available to deal with any requests you may have, and variety of technical equipment is at your disposal: overhead, slide and film projectors; motion picture screen; video camera; TV with video, and computer projector.
